Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only. Please note that some of the terms under these Terms of Use, differ for purchase for personal consumption and for investment purposes. This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewellery for personal consumption or for Business purpose, inclusive of, customized and readymade jewellery. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the item may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The company shall not be liable for legal action on this account.

These prices do change from time to time, owing the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well. Prices on Manglamgems.com are subject to change whiteout notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Manglam Gems Srl you buy as it listed on the day of purchase or manufactured.
REGISTRATION
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkout’s will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase. To register onto the Website the user will have to provide Personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address. Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered he/she shall login/ sign into/her/ his account.
PRODUCT WEIGHT VARIANCE
The product weight mentioned on the website for jewellery and mount may vary upon manufacture of the product. In case, the customer receives a product of lesser product weight than the value paid for, the Company will refund such differential amount to the Customer.
ADVANCE / PART PAYMENT
Manglamgems.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Member to pay a percentage of the value of transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for order shall be paid by Member before the time of shipment get release from the warehouse for delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of shipment gets release from the warehouse for delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by manglamgems.com to the Member in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever. We as a company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit. Orders are normally considered complete only after the full payment has been received by mangalmgems.com.
